Refund and Returns Policy

At Aeripure, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your air purifier purchase, we’re here to help with a straightforward refund and return process.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on most new, unused air purifiers within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Products must be returned with all original accessories and manuals.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used filters

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Custom or special-order items

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Contact our customer support team at contact@aeripure.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to send your item back.

  3. Please do not send your purchase back without authorization.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or is not functioning properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
